These 30-minute Health Mentoring & Accountability sessions are designed for clients who have already completed an in-depth 1-hour consultation and would like continued support while implementing their personalised wellness plan. These sessions provide a supportive space to discuss progress, challenges, lifestyle changes, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, diet, herbal protocols, and accountability with maintaining consistency. We will review how your body has been responding, monitor changes in symptoms, energy, mood, sleep, digestion, and overall wellbeing, while making any necessary adjustments or recommendations to help keep you aligned with your health goals. Sessions can be booked individually as one-off follow-up appointments or as part of a block of ongoing support sessions depending on your needs.
Consultations are via telephone.
Once order has been place, we will be in touch with information about your appointment
