In your first consultation, we’ll explore your medical and emotional history, any diagnoses or health concerns, and your personal health goals. Together, we’ll identify the root causes of imbalance and create a tailored plan including dietary and lifestyle advice, herbal remedies, and holistic therapies to support your healing journey.

Weekly 30-Minute Healing Check-Ins
As part of your Heal Thy Self 3 Month Transformation Package, you will receive a private 30-minute check-in with me every week. These sessions are your space to be fully seen, heard, and supported as your body, mind, and nervous system unwind and recalibrate.

We will track your progress, adjust your herbal protocols, discuss symptoms, emotions, energy levels, and any shifts you are experiencing, and gently fine-tune your healing plan so it continues to meet you exactly where you are. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach – your body is intelligent, and your protocol evolves with it.

These weekly calls create consistency, accountability, and deep personalised care, allowing your healing to unfold in a safe, supported, and held container over the full three months.
