Together, we’ll identify the root causes of imbalance and create a tailored plan including dietary and lifestyle advice, herbal remedies, and holistic therapies to support your healing journey.
As part of your 1-Month Helping Hand Consultation Package, you will receive two 30-minute check-in sessions, held every other week. These sessions offer a gentle yet powerful space to be supported as your body begins to respond to your personalised herbal and lifestyle protocol.
We will review how your system is reacting, track changes in symptoms, mood, energy and sleep, and make any necessary adjustments to your remedies so your healing plan stays aligned with what your body is communicating.
These fortnightly check-ins provide clarity, reassurance, and ongoing guidance, ensuring you feel held, supported, and confident as you start your healing journey.

Disclaimer: All consultation bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of the consultation fee. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all contact details are provided accurately at the time of booking. If I am unable to reach you due to incorrect or missing information, or if I am unable to make contact within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a missed session and cancelled. Should we connect after the scheduled start time, the consultation will still end at the originally allocated time and will not be extended, as other client appointments must be honoured. This policy is in place to respect both my time and that of other clients, as each booked slot is reserved exclusively and could have been offered to someone else.
