🌿 Herbal Tea Infusion Instructions

Add 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of herbs per cup (250 ml) of freshly boiled water.

Cover and allow the herbs to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes before straining.

For a stronger and more medicinal herbal infusion, the tea may also be left to steep for several hours or overnight. Longer steeping extracts more of the plant compounds, creating a deeper and more potent brew, though the flavour will become stronger and more bitter.
