These sessions provide a supportive space to discuss progress, challenges, lifestyle changes, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, diet, herbal protocols, and accountability with maintaining consistency. We will review how your body has been responding, monitor changes in symptoms, energy, mood, sleep, digestion, and overall wellbeing, while making any necessary adjustments or recommendations to help keep you aligned with your health goals.
